The business is located at the southern edge of International Falls on U.S. Highway 53.  The site is 1.5 acres (220'x350') with a two-story building of roughly 3800 square feet.  The second floor could possibly be made into living quarters.  The fishing tackle and sporting goods part of the business was started in 1975 and the fuel and convenience portion of the business was added in 1988 with relocation and the building of new facilities.

The property, building, pumps, and canopy cost a bit over $700,000 to put in with coolers and fixtures at approximately $150,000.  The inventory on hand is estimated at $125,000 to $150,000.

Gross sales last year were $837,000 .  The store is run by the two owners (husband and wife), and one full time employee.
